INTERRUPTION OF REHABILITATION AND SEALING OF A HERITAGE HOUSE

Following a complaint submitted by our Association, the Town Council has sealed off rehabilitation work in one of the many houses in Terramar registered in the County Council Heritage List (Patrimoni de la Diputació) for violating the rule that prohibits increasing the volume of the building, modifying its external appearance or of the elements considered of architectural value. For this reason, a skylight added to the roof of a house on the Passeig Marítim during the course of its recent rehabilitation will have to be demolished.
