PRESENTATION OF THE GASTRONOMIC CENTENARY, JARDINES DE TERRAMAR

On Saturday, 1st June, Sitges Hotelliers’ Association (Gremi d’Hostaleria) presented a gastronomic initiative to mark the centenary of the City-Garden project. It focuses on the recovery of recipes, dishes, cooking methods and the presentation of products, flavors and service of a hundred years ago. The five participating restaurateurs are: La Salseta, Acqua, La Nansa, Picnic and ME Terramar.
