PROPRIETORS’ ASSOCIATION
In 1980 some neighbors founded the Terramar Proprietors’ Association with the main purpose of having a platform from which a certain associative activity could be executed to ensure the interests of the owners of the properties located in Terramar.

QUESTIONNAIRE TO LOCAL POLITICAL PARTIES
Given that next May 28 there will be municipal elections, the APT Board thought it appropriate to prepare a questionnaire with questions related to the issues that we consider to be important for our neighborhood at this time.

Although it would appear that the majority of political parties have forgotten it,TERRAMAR IS A NEIGHBOURHOOD IN SITGES, the town’s GREEN LUNG,
a neighbourhood that has respected Nature, by conserving its trees, gardens and green areas.
